Man, 64, charged for inciting boy, 11, to commit indecent act
A 64-year-old man who allegedly incited an 11-year-old boy to commit an indecent act in a public toilet at a popular northern beaches playground has been charged with three offences.
A MAN who allegedly incited an 11-year-old boy to commit an indecent act in a public toilet at a popular northern beaches playground has been charged with three offences.
Police allege the man, 64, approached the boy, and another boy aged eight, in a toilet block at Walter Gors Park in Howard Ave, Dee Why about 2.40pm on Saturday.
After entering the toilet the man pushed the younger boy out of the way before grabbing the 11-year-old and inciting him to commit an act of indecency.

A spokesman said police from the Northern Beaches Police Area Command were called.
“About 30 minutes later, the man, from Dee Why, was arrested nearby.
“(He) was taken to Manly Police Station where he was charged with incite person under 16 years to commit act of indecency and two counts of common assault.”
The man, who needed the assistance of an interpreter, was granted conditional bail to appear before Manly Local Court on November 28, 2018.
