The first stage of Stockland’s $150 million redevelopment of the Ingleburn Logistics Park has been completed, paving the way for further works to the site.

The first stage saw a 29,050sq m warehouse and office facility constructed on the 28ha site.

The second stage includes a 15,000sq m warehouse at 37 Stennett Rd and a 20,800 sqm warehouse at 39 Stennet Rd.

It is expected to be completed by July 2018 and will create about 150 construction jobs and 100 flow-on jobs for local suppliers.

Stockland also plans to complete a third stage of development across 15.5 hectares of land in 2024, which is currently leased to Autocare Services.

Stockland general manager logistics and business parks Tony D’Addona said the redevelopment was an exciting time for the business.

“Upon completion, Ingleburn Logistics Park will be a major employment hub supporting southwest Sydney with long-term employment opportunities that are close to home.”

“Our vision for the Ingleburn Logistics Park is to create modern, functional and flexible industrial infrastructure to accommodate future growth of Sydney and the changing requirements of our tenants.”
