Man dies after three-car crash at Picton Road and Mt Keira Road, Cataract
One man is dead after a three-car crash near Wollongong on Sunday with emergency services being called to another crash nearby in what was a busy weekend on the roads.

A three-car crash near Wollongong has left a driver dead with police investigating the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
About 4.10pm on Sunday, emergency services were called to the intersection of Picton Road and Mount Keira Road, Cataract, following reports of a three-vehicle crash.
They found a Nissan Navara ute that had been towing a jetski was on its roof and two other vehicles, a Range Rover and a Hyunidai hatchback, were also involved.
New South Wales Fire and Rescue said the elderly male driver of the Hyundai was trapped in the wreckage and treated by paramedics but died at the scene.
Officers attached to Wollongong Police District attended and established a crime scene, which was forensically examined.
As inquiries continue, police are appealing to anyone with information or who has dashcam footage to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers.
It was the second incident in one day after emergency services also attended another crash on Sunday that left a man seriously injured.
About 4.30am on Sunday, emergency services were called to Appin Road, about 2kms east of Appin, following reports a man had been hit by a car.
Police were told the man was walking along Appin Road when he was struck by a car.
The man, an 18-year-old – sustained serious leg and internal injuries and was taken to Liverpool Hospital, in a critical condition.
Officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.
Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash continue.
