Man charged after speeding at more than 185km/h in Gregory Hills
A MAN will face court after being caught speeding at more than 100km/h over the limit on Gregory Hills Drive.

A MAN will face court after being caught speeding at more than double the speed limit on Gregory Hills Drive.
At about 11.40pm on Saturday the 30-year-old man was seen by police on a red Honda motorbike travelling over 185km/h
The bike was reported stolen in May 2016.
Police followed the bike for a short distance until they lost sight of the motorcycle.
The bike was seen a short time later near Village Circuit in Gregory Hills and police began a pursuit which was terminated shortly after due to the man’s dangerous driving.
Using a police helicopter, the bike was sighted at a service station on Wallgrove Rd, Eastern Creek shortly after.
The man was arrested by police and taken to Mt Druitt Police Station.
Police will also allege the man was carrying a knife.
The man was charged with exceed speed over 45km/h, drive dangerously, not stop at stop line at red light, police pursuit, drive while licence application refused, goods in custody and possess a prohibited weapon.
The man was granted conditional bail to appear Mt Druitt Local Court on Wednesday April 11.
