They further allege that on December 31 that year, he filmed two children engaged in private acts without their consent. One child was aged 13, while the second was eight.

The court documents state that the man allegedly used an iCloud, OneDrive and Google account to possess and access child abuse material.

In court on Friday, the man’s lawyer Elizabeth Saunderson said that 12 devices had been seized by investigators and only three had been analysed so far.

Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions solicitor Nick Self confirmed the investigation was still ongoing, and it was expected more charges would be laid against the man.

He informed the magistrate they were seeking an eight-week adjournment to allow for all the devices to be analysed. The matter has been adjourned until October 7, when it will return to Picton Local Court.
