On the same night, police allege Ms Baskerville installed a spying app on the teenager’s phone to record her conversations. They also allege she recorded the girl without her consent or knowledge.

The matter was first heard in court last year, but has been delayed because of incomplete documentation.

The teenager is protected by an apprehended violence order which prohibits Ms Baskerville from coming close to her home or school.

Ms Baskerville is due to return court on March 24 to set a hearing date.
