RESIDENTS can pick up a bargain at Campbelltown’s Mission Australia Op Shop in celebration of National Op Shop Week.
From now until Saturday, the store is practically giving it all away with 30 per cent slashed off all items.
Team leader Rita Andreassen said she was expecting big numbers to walk through the store doors.
“You can pick up an average top for $2 and an average pair of shoes for about $2 too,” Ms Andreassen said.
“I think people are going to love checking out what we have here. They’ll also love that the 30 per cent off is 30 per cent off already cheap prices.”
Ms Andreassen said the store also had a number of furniture and electrical items.
She encouraged residents to buy items as it helped the charity Mission Australia continue its vital community work.
Mission Australia supports the community in many ways, helping domestic violence victims, the homeless, families in need and the unemployed
“I completely believe in what Mission Australia does,” Ms Andreassen said.
“It’s so touching to see people come into the store after they’ve been helped to let you know how they are going and they are always incredibly thankful.”
