Ed Square to fast track apartments as demand hots up
New apartments developing in Edmonston Park will be fast tracked as demand for one of the region’s newest estates booms.
New apartments in Fraser Property’s Ed. Square development will be fast tracked as demand for one of the region’s newest estates booms.
Ninety-one apartments are in the 13 storey tower, which will sit atop the central entertainment precinct, Ed. Square Town Centre.
The building has a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments and will be the tallest built during the first stage of Ed. Square’s construction at Edmonston Park.
Fraser Property Australia sales and marketing director Dino Carulli said more and more people were looking to buy into apartments.
“Apartment living is being embraced by more and more buyers as busy lifestyles make it harder for people to maintain a large home,” Mr Carulli said.
The Ed. Square development will eventually include 992 apartments and 892 terrace and townhomes set on more than six hectares of open space, plus retail outlets.
