The countdown has well and truly begun for Gregory Hills Town Centre, which is expected to officially open in April.

A dining precinct, 20 speciality stores, a medical centre and a Woolworths will feature in the $30 million shopping centre, and is expected to generate more than 100 jobs.

Dart West Retail general manager Brad Page said the centre will have a strong local focus. “Gregory Hills Town Centre will be a place where every local can get their food and groceries, enjoy something nice for dinner and tend to all their services at the same time,” Mr Page said.

“We expect it to be well received.”

The dining precinct will feature Indian and Thai cuisines.
