The Cobbitty area will soon welcome 324 new houses, with plans from Boyuan Holdings Limited (BHL) recently approved by Camden Council.
The houses will form part of Oxley Ridge Cobbitty, marketed as south west Sydney’s newest village, neighbouring the existing Arcadian Hills estate on The Northern Rd, Cobbitty.
Foreign-backed BHL has interests in four land holdings along The Northern Rd, spanning about 180ha.
“We are excited that Camden Council has granted planning approval for what will become south west Sydney’s newest village,” a BHL spokesman said.
“BHL’s focus is delivering masterplanned residential and commercial communities in high-growth corridors, where there continues to be strong demand for affordable house and land packages.
“Our developments on The Northern Road will create new high-quality, family-friendly communities, featuring a diversity of homes, dedicated green open spaces and recreational activities, all with access to new and existing infrastructure, local services, shops and schools.
“We anticipate work to commence in mid-2019.”
