Businesses can now bid to become an exclusive naming rights sponsor for Campbelltown Sports Stadium from next year.
Expressions of interest are open and the successful entrant will have their branding featured around the stadium and in event advertising.
The venue is currently used to host Wests Tigers games and from 2020 will be home to the region’s new A-League club Macarthur FC.
Naming rights will be for an indicative sponsorship term of five years, with opportunities to extend beyond.
The facility also plays host to NSW rugby league matches and the Campbelltown Christmas Carols each year.
In 2020 and 2022, this line-up will include the NRL Pacific Test.
The stadium is expected to host 20 major events annually, drawing 250,000 to the Leumeah facility, with a further 1.5 million people tuning in on television.
A proposal is being considered to transform the precinct surrounding the stadium into a sports and entertainment hub to service the Macarthur region.
The application proposes a Moore Park-style vision that would see the precinct host up to 46 non-sporting events a year and more than a dozen Macarthur FC home fixtures.
Events could include food and music festivals, open-air concerts, motorsport spectaculars, fireworks displays and more.
