CAMPBELLTOWN is on the itinerary for Wests Tigers as they settle into pre-season preparations for the 2013 NRL season.

The Tigers will gauge just how well their early hard work under new coach Mick Potter is standing up when they head to Campbelltown Sports Stadium on February 16 to meet Parramatta Eels.

For Macarthur area fans, it will be their first slice of NRL action since July 2012 and a huge crowd is guaranteed.

The day will provide a feast of rugby league action.

The National Youth Competition and NSW Cup matches will whet the appetite before the main event kicks off.

Former Rooster recruit Braith Anasta has comfortably slotted into the team while Kiwi international Adam Blair is leading by example to the younger players and drawn the praises of Potter.

Saturday's matchday schedule is: gates open 2.45pm; NYC kick-off 3pm; NSW Cup kick-off 5.15pm; NRL kick-off 7.30pm.

Tickets: visit wests tigers.com.au or buy them at the gate.
