Local Sports Stars: Aerobics pair Georgia Britton and Angelina Fok will compete at national aerobics tournament next week

These besties from Cecil Hills will have each other’s back on stage when they compete at a national aerobics tournament in Bendigo next week.

Best friends Georgia Britton and Angelina Fok will be aiming for the stars when they compete at a national aerobics tournament in Bendigo next week.

The girls, both 11, recently placed second as a Level 4 Duo pair at this year’s state championships.

The Cecil Hills Public School students took up aerobics three years ago and now train up to nine hours a week together.

Georgia’s mother, Karen Britton, said their bond had only deepened because of it.

“They love doing aerobics together and it’s made their friendship stronger,” Ms Britton said. She thanked the school’s teachers and trainer Marty Photea, from Kinetic Force Fitness, for preparing the pair for competitions.
