Three men injured in Luddenham truck collision
Three men have been injured in a head-on truck collision in Sydney’s southwest, which has led to the closure of a major road as investigations take place.

Three men have been rushed to hospital after a head-on truck collision in Sydney’s southwest.
Emergency services personnel worked to free two men trapped in separate trucks after they crashed into each other on The Northern Rd in Luddenham about 1.30pm today.
Police said the driver of one truck, a 25-year-old man, sustained minor injuries while his passenger, another 25-year-old man, was trapped for a short amount of time before being removed from the vehicle suffering two broken legs.
Both were taken to hospital, with the driver to undergo mandatory testing.
Emergency services also worked to free the driver of the second truck, a 40-year-old man, who has since been rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

The collision sparked a large emergency response with officers from Liverpool Police Area Command, NSW Ambulance paramedics and Fire and Rescue called to the scene.
The Northern Road remains closed in both directions between Park Rd and Elizabeth Dr with diversions onto Elizabeth Drive.
Inquiries continue into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
