SOUTHWEST Sydney punters are the luckiest in the state with a whopping $40 million won in Lotto in the last 12 months.
And Liverpool Newsagency in Westfield has sold two division one winning tickets in that period, making it your best chance of triumph.

Western and southwestern Sydney are consistently the lottery hot spots each year. The Hunter Region, Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong are close behind.

They could be one of the 11 outstanding mystery division one winners.
There are currently 11 unclaimed division one prizes across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria worth more than $13m.
Among them are four from NSW worth a cool $4 million.
The unregistered tickets means NSW Lotteries have no way of identifying or tracking down the winners and uniting them with their prize.
NSW Lotteries spokesman Matt Hart said to check old shopping bags, fridge doors, car gloveboxes and sock drawers for any sign of a ticket.
“We’ve had past winners come forward after finding an old ticket in the back of a drawer, in the central console of their car and at the bottom of their handbag,” he said.
A $2 million prize has remained unclaimed in Gladesville for more than five years. The winning entry was purchased up to 10 weeks before the January 23, 2012 draw at Office ‘n’ News.
Another Sydney player is yet to come forward and claim their division one prize from the August 2, 2014 draw. The $400,000 winning ticket was purchased at Henry Deane Plaza Newsagency.
Waratah LPO and Newsagency sold a winning ticket ahead of the May 17 draw earlier this year. The $666,666 richer player is yet to come forward.
There’s one unsolved mystery in Wagga Wagga from the April 29, 2017 draw. The yet to be-claimed prize of $792,000 was won after the ticket was purchased at Nextra Sturt Mall.
“Could you have any old tickets lying around at home — perhaps among your paperwork or tax receipts,” Mr Hart said.
Winners have up to six years to claim their division one prizes. People are encouraged to register their entries to a “players card” so all their prizes are secure and they’re contacted directly after a big win.
