Police investigating reports of a man exposing himself inside a shopping centre bathroom have released a picture of a man who may be able to assist with inquiries.

Police are appealing for assistance to identify a man following an alleged obscene exposure incident in Sydney’s southwest.

Officers are appealing for information after a man allegedly exposed himself in front of members of the public inside a bathroom at Liverpool about 4pm on June 4.

A report was made to police and officers attached to the Police Transport Command launched an investigation.

Police have released images of a man, wearing a navy T-shirt, black jacket, black pants, and black shoes with an orange sole, who officers believe could assist with the investigation.

He is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 45-years-old, and has black and grey hair.
