Milan Ardalic charged over car and T-Way bus crash
A man has faced court for the first time after a crash between a car and a T-Way bus in Sydney’s southwest earlier this year that left five others - including two 12-year-olds - injured.

A man has faced court charged over a crash between a car and bus in Sydney’s southwest earlier this year which left five others injured.
Milan Ardalic appeared at Liverpool Local Court on Monday where his matter was briefly mentioned and adjourned until November.
Police allege the 58-year-old man from Liverpool was behind the wheel of a Toyota Avalon that collided with a T-Way bus at the intersection of Memorial Ave and the T-Way in Liverpool just after 11am on February 8.
Police said Mr Ardalic and two passengers — a 50-year-old woman and a 12-year-old girl — were trapped in the car and suffered serious injuries.
They were all hospitalised in a critical condition and have since been released.
The bus driver, a 62-year-old man and two passengers, a 40-year-old woman and a 12-year-old boy, were treated at the time for minor injuries.
Following investigations, Mr Ardalic was charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm – drive manner dangerous, two counts of cause bodily harm by misconduct, in charge of motor vehicle, negligent driving (occasions grievous bodily harm), and proceed through red traffic light (not toll booth) on July 23.
