A man has denied allegations he sexually touched a minor on multiple occasions, including touching their buttocks and grabbing their chest, in Sydney’s southwest.

A man has denied allegations he sexually touched a minor on multiple occasions, including touching their buttocks and grabbing their chest, in southwest Sydney.
Michael Phillip Touzell, 28, of Austral, pleaded not guilty to three counts of common assault and three counts of intentionally sexually touching a child under 16 years at Liverpool Local Court.
According to documents tendered to court, Touzell allegedly assaulted and slapped the buttocks of a child earlier this year.
In another incident, Touzell allegedly assaulted and grabbed a child on the chest area and slapped their buttocks.
Touzell, dressed in a white button-up shirt and dark suit, was accompanied by a female supporter when the matter was mentioned in court.
His lawyer, Ms Li asked for the matter to be adjourned for three weeks, which was granted by a deputy registrar.
Ms Li also requested for her client to be excused from attending on the next occasion and for his bail to continue. Both requests were granted by a deputy registrar.
The matter will be heard at Bankstown Local Court on August 10.
The court heard the Director of Public Prosecutions will take carriage of the case.
