Police are seeking public assistance to find two young children - siblings - missing from Sydney’s inner west.
Leilani Boney, 14, and her 12-year-old brother Shapaul Boney, were last seen at a home on Francis St, Lilyfield, about 3pm yesterday.
Leichhardt Police Area Command recorded the siblings missing when the pair failed to return home.
Police and family hold concerns for their welfare because of the young age of the children.
Leilani is described as an Aboriginal girl, about 130cm tall with a thin build.
She was last seen wearing all-black clothing.
Her brother is about the same height and build, and has brown hair and a rat’s tail.
Shapaul was last seen wearing brown chino pants, a black puffer jacket and black and red Asics trainers.
Anyone with information about the siblings’ whereabouts is urged to contact Glebe Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
