AFL Round 7 has delivered another rollercoaster shakeup of the AFL SuperCoach Local "Battle of the Postcodes" standings.

Just 42 local leaders held onto the top spot after the dust settled, while more than 10 were bundled out of their local Top 10 altogether.

Supercoach player Ross of 1824s sits at 15,552 points and is ranked 472nd nationally, 436 points behind the Supercoach leader Froff from Victoria.

The fastest-rising local team this week was Winx which scored 2195 and jumped 18,218 spots nationally and is now ranked 37,286th.

There are 460 AFL SuperCoach teams in the Inner West Courier’s competition.

A total of 246 SuperCoach points separate first position and tenth position.

The median score for all teams nationally is 12,054.
