Drummoyne police operation: Arrests in Victoria Road, woman on the run
A woman wearing leopard print hot pants is on the run after a major police operation in Sydney’s inner west this morning. The dog squad, police helicopter and multiple officers were involved in the operation which resulted in at least three arrests.

Four teens have been arrested and another is on the run in leopard print hot pants after a high-speed chase through Sydney’s inner west in a stolen car this morning.
Officers from the dog sqaud and PolAir were called in after a white Mercedes which had been reported stolen was seen driving down Victoria Rd in Ermington.
Police had to terminate the pursuit due to the manner of driving but tracked it from the air through Denniston St, Ryde and Gladesville before a dramatic arrest on Victoria Rd, Drummoyne.
Three men - two aged 17 and one 18-year-old - were arrested at the scene while a 13-year-old girl was also arrested nearby,
All four have been taken to Ryde Police Station and are expected to be charged.
Police are still on the hunt for another female who fled, believed to be wearing leopard print hot pants at the scene about 9.45am.
The major police operation ended outside a tattoo parlour with a dramatic arrest.
Police have asked the public to avoid the area as traffic is building up on Victoria Rd
