Two women charged over alleged graffiti offences, housing 120 spray cans

Two women have been charged with graffiti-related offences after they were allegedly found with 120 spray cans in a Marrickville home.

Two women have been charged for graffiti-related offences after police allegedly found 120 spray cans at a Marrickville residence.

On Friday officers from the Police Transport Command — North Central Transport Action Group arrested the women after a search warrant was executed at a Glen St home.

One of the women, a 29-year-old US national, was charged with malicious damage, armed with intent and goods in custody.

The other, aged 22, was charged with intent, goods in custody and possession of housebreaking tools.

Both women were refused bail and will appear at Downing Centre Local Court on August 5.

Hornsby Police Transport Command arrested and charged two men with graffiti-related offences the previous day, on July 25.
