Phoenix Quinn: Tributes flow for ‘kind hearted’ teen after horrific motorbike crash at Lake Heights
An Illawarra teenager has been remembered as “kind hearted” and “caring” after he died following a horrific motorcycle crash in Lake Heights.

An 18-year-old boy has been remembered as “loyal and kind hearted” after he died following a horrific motorcycle crash at Lake Heights
Phoenix Quinn died in hospital overnight, after he crashed into the windscreen of a parked car on Aitken Place around 10.30am on October 13.
The teen was travelling fast enough that after hitting the car, he somersaulted over the top of the vehicle and landed headfirst into the windscreen of a second parked car.
The 18-year-old was flown to hospital in a critical condition with suspected head injuries and tragically died on Wednesday morning.
Tributes for Phoenix are flowing on social media, with one of his friends remembering him as a “blessing”.
“Phoenix my brother rest easy you’re in a better place now,” Royce Johnson wrote on Facebook.
“Thank you for all the memories you were a blessing … 100 per cent one of the most loyal, kind hearted, caring mates I’ve had and that’s what every one of us boys will say,
“I love you brother this doesn’t feel real at all.”
