The inner workings of an alleged large-scale drug empire operating across the Illawarra region, with father-son duo Robert and Daniel Bojlevski charged with being the kingpins, have been laid bare.

A raw insight into the lifestyle of the alleged bosses of the criminal enterprise - including encrypted user names such as ‘Ghost’, laundering money at the casino, and impressing friends of customer’s female friends, have been exposed in court documents tendered in the case of syndicate drug runner Morgan Swift.

Swift, has pleaded guilty in Wollongong Local Court to commercial drug supply, dealing with the property proceeds of crime and participate in a criminal group.

The allleged “highly-sophisticated” drug empire crumbled in September 2021 following a NSW Police investigation under Strike Force Axon led to the arrest 29-year-old Daniel Bojlevski at a Primbee address.

He was granted NSW Supreme Court bail four months ago, after two acceptable perons put up $1 million to secure his release. He is yet to enter pleas of a slew of charges including two counts of knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crimes with the intent to cancel, two counts of supplying an indictable quantity of cannabis, supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, supplying a small quantity of a prohibited drug and supplying a prohibited drug on an ongoing basis.

His father, Robert Bojlevski, is charged with two counts of knowingly or recklessly directing a criminal group, three counts of supplying cannabis, seven counts of supplying prohibited drugs and knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime.

He is yet to enter pleas and was released from custody with a $500,000 surety.

Janette Marsh, the wife and mother of Robert and Daniel Bojlevski, pleaded not guilty to supplying an indictable amount of cannabis and dealing with the proceeds of a crime and was cleared of the charges after a hearing in Wollongong Local Court in March.

Agreed facts tendered in Swift’s matter indicate the “highly sophisticated” criminal group used addresses at Primbee, Wollongong and Port Kembla to store cash and drugs including cocaine, cannabis, heroin and acid.

The operation used “high-end encrypted devices” such as Cipher to discuss and facilitate peddling drugs with associates with the documents revealing some of the usernames were ‘Ghost’, ‘Snapper’, ‘Superfly SuperSecure’ and ‘Short Time’.

Police alleged Swift worked for Daniel Bojlevski between January and September 2021 with the illegal work seeing him use hire cars to travel across the Hunter, Sydney, Illawarra and south coast.

Police allegedly captured phone conversations between Daniel Bojlevski and Swift where the former instructed the latter on how much he could charge customers, where he could store drugs and the amount of profit he could secure.

On January 21, 2021, police allegedly tapped a call where Daniel Bojlevski ordered Swift to meet his upline supplier in Brighton-Le-Sands.

Swift exchanged $26,000 for drugs from an unknown man at an address on Broughton St, Brighton-Le-Sands, the following morning before driving to Newcastle to flip the product.

On another occasion in January, 2021, police allegedly recorded a conversation where Daniel Bojlevski told Swift to drive him to a location in Warilla to supply an unknown woman with coke. “Do you reckon all of her friends are going to think I’m a sick c**t for giving this straight off the brick,” Daniel Bojlevski is alleged to have said.

The documents also detail an alleged conversation between Daniel Bojlevski and Swift about money laundering.

“I gave her [Daniel Bojlevski’s girlfriend] the s**ts because I want to go to the casino,” Daniel Bojlevski allegedly said.

“I’m going to the casino to get a cheque ya dumb c**t. So I can put 30 grand on the table, get 10 grand, eight grand on this table, eight grand on this table.

“Gamble five grand – what a big deal so I can go get a cheque fro 30, 40 grand.”

Swift replied “She don’t use her brain brother”.

Swift will receive a sentence date in Wollongong District Court in May while the Bojlevski duo will be mentioned in Wollongong Local Court next week.
