A 19-year-old woman is believed to have suffered spinal injuries after jumping from rocks at the Kiama Blowhole this morning.
Emergency services made their way to Kiama just before 9am, after reports a woman “couldn’t move” following the jump on January 7.
It’s understood she was with two other men at the time, who helped to keep her afloat until she was winched from the sea by a NSW Ambulance helicopter.
The two swimmers assisting her were rescued by a surf rescue boat, while the woman was transported to Royal Northshore Hospital for treatment.
