New details released by NSW Health have revealed the number of COVID-19 cases in each postcode across the Illawarra Shoalhaven region.
Across the region there are 99 confirmed cases of the deadly virus, rising by four overnight to 9am on Thursday morning.
According to the local health district, 10 patients are being cared for in Wollongong Hospital, one patient in Shellharbour Hospital and two patients in Shoalhaven Hospital.
New data from NSW Health has revealed which postcode each diagnosed patient resides in, however does not show where they contracted the virus.
We’ve broken down the numbers, which are current as of 12pm April 2, below:
2500 POSTCODE: Wollongong, North Wollongong, Mount Saint Thomas, Coniston, West Wollongong, Gwynneville, Keiraville, Mangerton and Mount Keira
There are 13 confirmed cases in the 2500 postcode. According to NSW Health data, the first case of the virus within the postcode was diagnosed two weeks ago on March 19.
2525 POSTCODE: Figtree
There are three confirmed cases of coronavirus in the suburb of Figtree. The first person was diagnosed on March 19.
2527 POSTCODE: Albion Park, Albion Park Rail Tongarra, Tullimbar and Calderwood
There are four confirmed cases of the virus in the 2527 area. The first case was diagnosed on March 20.
2515 POSTCODE: Austinmer, Thirroul, Wombarra, Coledale and Scarborough
As of Thursday, there were four confirmed coronavirus case in the 2515 area. The first person was diagnosed on March 23.
2519 POSTCODE: Mount Ousley, Fernhill, Balgownie and Fairy Meadow
In the 2519 postcode, five people have been confirmed as having the virus. The first person was diagnosed on March 18.
2528 POSTCODE: Mount Warrigal, Warilla, Windang, Barrack Heights, Barrack Point and Lake Illawarra
Eight people in the 2528 postcode are confirmed patients of COVID-19. The first person who resides in the area was diagnosed with the virus on March 18.
2506 POSTCODE: BERKELEY
One person in the suburb of Berkeley has contracted COVID-19. They were diagnosed on March 26.
2529 POSTCODE: Shell Cove, Shellharbour, Dunmore, Flinders, Oak Flats and Blackbutt
Seven people residing in the 2529 area have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
2530 POSTCODE: Dapto, Horsley, Yallah, Wongawilli, Haywards Bay, Kanahooka, Brownsville, Dombarton, Marshall Mount and Avondale
Six people who live in the 2530 area have been diagnosed with coronavirus.
2518 POSTCODE: Corrimal, East Corrimal, Bellambi, Tarrawanna and Towradgi
There are currently three coronavirus case among people who live in the 2518 postcode.
2533 POSTCODE: Kiama, Kiama Downs, Kiama Heights, Minnamurra, Jamberoo, Jerrara and Bombo
Four people who live in the 2533 area have been diagnosed with coronavirus. The first person registered to the area was diagnosed on March 16.
2516 POSTCODE: Bulli
One person who resided in Bulli has contracted the virus. They were diagnosed on March 16.
2526 POSTCODE: Mount Kembla, Kembla Heights, Kembla Grange, Farmborough Heights, Unanderra and Cordeaux Heights
Two people diagnosed with coronavirus reside in the 2526 postcode.
2508 POSTCODE: Stanwell Park, Otford, Stanwell Tops, Coalcliff, Helensburgh and Darkes Forest
There are two confirmed cases of coronavirus in the 2508 postcode.
2517 POSTCODE: Woonona, Woonona East and Russell Vale
Four people diagnosed with the virus live in the 2517 postcode.
2535: Woodhill, Wattamolla, Shoalhaven Heads, Jaspers Brush, Coolangatta, Broughton, Broughton Vale, Berry, Brogers Creek and Bellawongarah
There are six confirmed cases among residents who live in the 2535 postcode.
2539 POSTCODE: Mollymook, Manyana, Mount Kingiman, Kioloa, Kings Point, Lake Tabourie, Lake Conjola, Ulladulla, Yatte Yattah, Narawallee, Termeil, Pretty Beach, Bendalong, Bawley Point, Conjola and Conjola Park
Four residents in the 2539 area have been confirmed to have coronavirus.
2540 POSTCODE: Includes Callala Bay, Callala Beach, Bolong and Cambewarra
There are seven confirmed cases among residents who reside in the 2540 area.
2541: POSTCODE: West Nowra, South Nowra, Nowra East, Nowra, Bomaderry, Bangalee and Bomaderry
There are five residents who reside in the 2541 area that have been diagnosed with coronavirus.
