Illawarra real estate: The latest auction and sales results for week ending October 6

Illawarra recorded 23 property sales over a million dollars last week, the latest auction and sales results reveal.

A three-bedroom house in Coledale was the most expensive sale reported in Illawarra last week.

The property at 60 Squires Crescent sold for $2.8 million by private sale.

A total of eight properties were sold via auction last week.
