Illawarra real estate: The latest auction and sales results for week ending July 27

Illawarra recorded 24 property sales over a million dollars last week, the latest auction and sales results reveal.

A four-bedroom house in Coledale was the most expensive sale reported in Illawarra last week.

The property at 29 Northcote Street sold for $2.6 million before auction.

A total of nine properties were sold via auction last week.
