Illawarra real estate: The latest auction and sales results for week ending April 12

Illawarra recorded nine property sales over a million dollars last week, the latest auction and sales results reveal.

A four-bedroom house in Woonona was the most expensive sale reported in Illawarra last week.

The property at 18 Kurraba Road sold for $4.7 million by private sale.

A total of five properties were sold via auction last week.
