AFL Round 8 has delivered another rollercoaster shakeup of the AFL SuperCoach Local "Battle of the Postcodes" standings.

Just 59 local leaders held onto the top spot after the dust settled, while more than 8 were bundled out of their local Top 10 altogether.

In the Hornsby Advocate campaign, POOPOOWEEBUM ran over the top of last week’s top team Taz's Devils.

Supercoach player Quentin of POOPOOWEEBUM sits at 17,658 points and is ranked 1044th nationally, 629 points behind the Supercoach leader Ryder2Gray from Queensland.

The fastest-rising local team this week was Piespiespies which scored 2229 and jumped 14,116 spots nationally and is now ranked 56,593rd.

There are 130 AFL SuperCoach teams in the Hornsby Advocate’s competition.

A total of 325 SuperCoach points separate first position and tenth position.

The median score for all teams nationally is 13,952.
