Rabieh has pleaded not guilty to drug supply and dealing with crime proceeds and remains before the court.

Mohkamkar was listed in Sydney District Court on Monday for his trial on both charges to begin, but at 11.30am he had not appeared in person or by audiovisual link.

The Crown sought a warrant for Mohkamkar which was not opposed by his solicitor, and it was granted by Judge Dina Yehia.

Judge Yehia indicated to a Farsi interpreter on the audiovisual link that her services may yet be required if Mohkamkar could be located in the afternoon.

Police have now released an image of Mohkamkar and advised he frequents the Parramatta and Telopea areas.Anyone who sees Mohkamkar is advised not to approach him but to call Triple 0.
