The woman was knocked unconscious after falling from the horse while show jumping at a Riding Centre at on Thursday morning.
The CareFlight rapid response helicopter was tasked to treat the woman at 10.41am.
A CareFlight spokesman said the helicopter landed a safe distance from horses in a neighbouring paddock.

“The medical team managed the patient, who was in a stable condition, and continued treating her in a road ambulance as she was transported to Westmead Hospital.”
