Up to 300 Telstra customers in Castle Hill have had issues with their home phone and internet service since last Wednesday.
The problems began after a Telstra outage at about 5.30pm on Wednesday, August 24.
Telstra home phone and internet customers have been affected, including residents of the Anglicare Retirement Village at Castle Hill.
The outage was caused by a damaged main cable, which Telstra is in the process of repairing.
It is due to be fixed by 7pm tonight.
A Telstra spokesman said 44 customers have reported issues, but up to 300 customers who are on that cable could be affected.
