Feeling peckish? Head along to The Hills newest brunch for busy women
Jugging a social life with work, family and other commitments can be hard for many — which is why Ebby Carson is doing something about it. She, along with her sister, are inviting women to attend a newly launched social brunch to “really chill out”.

In the constant juggle for time between work, family and all the other commitments in life, squeezing in a social life can be challenging.
Between her career, family and the event business she recently founded, Ebby Carson found there was little time left for socialising — a feeling felt by many.

So Carson and sister Steph, who together run Little Birds Events, created a quarterly brunch in The Hills for women to “have a cup of tea and really chill out”.
While there were many business networking events in The Hills, Carson said there was a gap in the market for purely social events.
Everyone is welcome — whether they are using the event as a chance to catch up with friends or make new ones — and based on RSVPs so far, the crowd at the first this weekend is going to be a diverse bunch.
The brunch — held at The Fiddler in Rouse Hill on Sunday — will double as an official launch for the sisters’ new events business, specialising in boutique events from their signature boho picnics to full event management.
Carson, of Castle Hill, aims to have a different theme for each seasonal brunch matched with guest speakers and stallholders.
“The theme this time is really about wellness and taking that me time,” she said.
