Police are calling motorists to check their dash cam footage after a 76-year-old woman was struck by a car in Sydney’s northwest.

Police are calling motorists to check their dash cam footage after an elderly woman was hit by a car in Sydney’s northwest.

Emergency services were called after a 76-year-old woman was struck by a white car on Old Northern Road near Malabar Road in Dural just before 7am on Wednesday.

The woman suffered serious injuries and was taken to Westmead Hospital.

Hills Police have now asked anyone with information or dash cam footage about the collision to contact Castle Hill Police on 9680 5399.

A Western Sydney Local Health District spokesman said the patient was in a stable condition on Thursday afternoon.

Police are investigating.
