A 19-year-old Baulkham Hills man charged with a violent break and enter in a quiet surburban street in his neighborhood has appeared in Paramatta court.
Police allege Dominic Coleman along with Prospect man Brendna Krishna, 25 broke into a house on Dobson St, Baulkham Hills while armed in the early hours of April 1.
Police allege Krishna and Coleman, — banged on the door before smashing a window and confronting an occupant inside the house.
The two men allegedly threatened the man with firearms before other members of the household were alerted and Krishna and Coleman fled on foot.
En route to the house police allege they noticed two men matching the description of Krishna and Coleman on Windsor Rd and arrested them.
The men were charged with aggravated break and enter and committing a serious offence.
Krishna, who did not appear in court, case was adjourned until June 25.
Coleman appeared in Parramatta court dressed in a suit and tie. His case was adjourned until June 18.
