Chester Hill: Dharam Gajjar charged with sexually assaulting patient at clinic
A health care worker allegedly raped a 50-year-old patient while she visited a clinic at southwestern Sydney.

Health care worker Dharam Hasmukhbhai Gajjar has been charged with two offences after police allege he raped a 50-year-old woman at a Chester Hill medical clinic in April.
The 40-year-old Northmead sonographer was charged with aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sexually touching the woman while he conducted a procedure on her.
Police allege in court papers that Gajjar touched the alleged victim without her consent in April this year.
Police allege in court documents that the health care professional had sexual intercourse without her consent at the same time.
Bankstown police said the woman left the clinic and reported the incident to them and following inquiries, they arrested Gajjar at his Northmead unit complex on April 7. He was charged with the offences, granted strict conditional bail and ordered to front Parramatta Local Court on June 24.
Magistrate Tim Keady adjourned the matter to Burwood Local Court on August 19.
