A mega $113 million apartment block with more than 260 units could soon change Castle Hill’s skyline.
Plans have been lodged by Trifalga Property Group to build three buildings up to seven storeys on Hughes Ave.
The $113 million development, which is just a nine-minute walk from the metro, will consist of 261 apartments and a basement carpark if approved.
The proposed residential apartments will form part of the Castle Hill Showground precinct which is a masterplan to revitalise the area next to the Hills Showground metro station.
When complete the bustling social hub will feature green space, an amphitheatre 1,620 new homes and a restaurant and dining precinct.
Given the project’s size it has been referred to the state planning panel.
