Brendan Krishna, accused of violent Baulkham Hills break and enter appears in court

Brendan Krishna, a Prospect man accused of a terrifying break and enter in Baukham Hills has had his matter heard in court.

A Prospect man charged over of a violent break and enter in a quiet suburban street has had his matter heard in Parramatta Local Court.

Brendan Krishna, 25, is accused of breaking into a man’s house on Dobson St, Baulkham Hills while armed in the early hours of April 1.

Police allege Krishna and another man, Dominic Coleman, 19 — banged on the door before smashing a window and confronting an occupant inside the house.

The two men allegedly threatened the man with firearms before other members of the household were alerted and Krishna and Coleman fled on foot.

En route to the house police allege they noticed two men matching the description of Krishna and Coleman on Windsor Road and arrested them.

The men were charged with aggravated break and enter and committing a serious offence.

Krishna, who did not appear in court, case was adjourned until June 25.

Coleman will next appear in court on June 4.
