POLICE have appealed for witnesses or drivers with dashcam footage to come forward after a serious crash at Pennant Hills Rd, Carlingford, on Tuesday.
POLICE have appealed for witnesses or drivers with dashcam footage to come forward after a serious crash at Pennant Hills Rd, Carlingford, on Tuesday.
About 4.55pm on New Year’s Day, a westbound Toyota Corolla and an eastbound Mazda CX-5 collided.
The driver of the Corolla, a 21-year-old man, and his front-seat passenger, a 21-year-old woman, suffered abdominal injuries.
The driver of the CX-5, a 32-year-old man, suffered internal injuries requiring surgery. A 32-year-old woman, who was in the back seat, suffered a severe facial laceration which will require surgery.
Another back-seat passenger, a two-month old girl, suffered minor face and arm lacerations.
Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit police conducted inquiries.
Police continue to appeal for witnesses, or anyone with dashcam footage that could assist the inquiry, to come forward.
