A man has been charged with 19 domestic violence-related offences which allegedly took place in Sydney’s west, inner west and southwest.

Officers on the South West Metropolitan Domestic Violence High Risk Offender Team investigated reports of domestic violence between May 22 and May 30.

Police allege Peter Khila stalked or intimidated a 42-year-old woman at Summer Hill, Sadleir and Bonnyrigg and Clyde between May 22 and May 30.

In papers tendered to the court, police allege Khila allegedly trespassed into a Sadleir property and entered a home “with intent to commit a serious indictable offence, (specifically) stalking” on the night of May 24.

Khila also allegedly stole Prada and Salvatore Ferragamo handbags.

One bag allegedly belonged to the complainant and contained keys, feminine hygiene products and a fob with a relative’s picture.

Peter Khila was charged at Granville police station.

The Ferragamo bag contained a Swarovski women’s watch, two mobile phones, a folder with mail and documents, and a notebook with passwords, emails and telephone numbers.

The 32-year-old was arrested on Berry St in Clyde on May 30 at 11.30am and taken to Granville police station.

He was charged with 19 offences including eight counts of stalking and intimidation and six counts of breaching an AVO.

He entered not guilty pleas to those charges along with two counts of entering enclosed land without a lawful excuse, entering a dwelling with intent to commit a serious offence and goods suspected stolen.

The court also heard he was charged with breaching bail, and Magistrate Laurie Robertson revoked his bail.

Khila appeared via video link at Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday, where his lawyer Mark Kryakos entered the not guilty pleas on his behalf.

The court heard the accused allegedly called the woman from Silverwater Correctional Complex on October 17 when she hung up on him.

Prosecutor Sam Chahrouk told the court the woman recorded multiple phone calls Khila made over 10 minutes but “it’s more than just the phone calls and messages”.

He told the court the complainant allegedly recognised Khila near a car she was in with a friend and her boss told him he had to leave.

The prosecutor told the court Khila was captured on CCTV trespassing on property.

Magistrate Robertson said the allegations - including the telephone communications - were “very, very serious” in relation to AVO breaches.

She said “the accused seems to be following the complainant and particularly troubling” were the charges of stalking or intimidating the alleged victim on May 24, breaching an apprehended domestic violence order and trespassing.

Mr Kyrakos told the court the apprehended violence order did not specify where the alleged victim lived.

The matters were adjourned to Liverpool Local Court on July 27.
