BEING back on the top of the table really says a lot about how we have been going this season.
We have been playing some great football and we have improved so much in comparison to where we were last season.
It has been a joy to be on the pitch and it has been great to see the new players come in and believe in the plan and the goals we have set for ourselves.
Our recent match against the Central Coast Mariners saw us have some good patches in the game. I felt as though I was very dangerous, creating many chances for the team.
It was not an easy game for my body and there were a lot of challenges but we worked hard and came out victorious.
This week, we have another big game against Melbourne City and they are a difficult team to defeat.
We will respect them but build a game plan around them taking the confidence from our victory into our next game staying at the top.
If you want to come watch we’re playing at home at Pirtek Stadium, Parramatta, this Friday at 7.40pm.
You can also watch live on Fox Sports 505 or SBS2.
