A woman caught in ‘one of the biggest’ drug busts ever seen in country NSW has pleaded guilty and details of her dealing can now be revealed for the first time.

A Wellington woman has confessed she was part of a major criminal network which sold ice across western NSW.

Police arrested 28-year-old Brianna Meizer in June last year, two weeks after detectives from Strike Force Pinnacle conducted a series of high profile raids on the homes of people accused of being part of a large-scale drug supply network which operated out of Wellington.

More than 30 people have been charged over the drug network, as part of what NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller described as “one of the biggest operations” he had seen in country NSW.

According to court documents, police surveillance activities were critical in exposing Meizer’s involvement in the network and her own drug dealing.

In June 2019 police said Meizer was contacted by someone called “Tegan” from Mudgee who requested a “full ball” of ice which equated to 3.5 grams.

After the request to score came in, police said Meizer contacted three men who were part of the network.

In one conversation Meizer said she couldn’t get her hands on the ice because she never had a key to a room the drugs were locked in.

Police say a day later, when Meizer was contacted again and asked to supply more ice, she told a co-accused she was at the TAB but could go home if required.

Meizer later sent a text message saying “she had 3 I gave her half one so she owe me 15 now”, which police said meant 1.75 grams of ice were supplied for $300.

Several weeks later police say the alleged director of the drug network instructed Meizer to supply 3 grams of ice for $200.

In other phone taps, police said Meizer was overheard discussing the price of bupe strips with members of the drug network and ways drugs could be smuggled to her partner in jail.

Meizer pleaded guilty to one count of supplying 8.25 grams of methylamphetamine and one count of participating in a criminal group and contributing to criminal activity.

In Dubbo Local Court defence lawyer Rachel Waugh said Meizer had already served four months in custody and completed a voluntary program for people with drug issues.

Meizer is now out on bail and due to be sentenced on April 27.
