Nicholas Honeyman, 23, Benjamin Walsh, 24, and Blake Bowman face drug supply charges in Orange

Three men have been charged following a probe into an alleged drug ring, operating out of pubs in the state’s central west.

Three men have been charged following a strike force investigation into the alleged supply of drugs from pubs in the state’s central west.

Nicholas Honeyman, 23, Benjamin Walsh, 24, and Blake Bowman, 30, appeared in Orange Local Court on Friday, facing charges of possessing prohibited drug, supplying prohibited drug, recklessly dealing with the proceeds of crime, participating in a criminal group and contributing criminal activity.

Honeyman has also been charged with firearm offences.

The trio were arrested following a three-month investigation into the alleged supply of prohibited drugs in licensed premises around Orange.

Following extensive inquiries, police executed search warrants at four locations on Wednesday morning.

Walsh was arrested at a unit complex on Nile St, where police allegedly seized cocaine, MDMA and amphetamines, while Bowman was arrested nearby at Cullya Lane, Clergate, where police seized cannabis, clothing, and phones.

Honeyman was arrested on Madison Way with police seizing a mobile phone.

A fourth search warrant was executed on Borenore Rd, Borenore, where firearms and ammunition were seized.

None of the men were employed at the premises where drugs were alleged to have been sold.

All three men were granted bail in Orange Local Court on Friday and will return on July 31.
