A 14-year-old boy who was in the front passenger seat and a 25-year-old man who was in the back seat died after the car left the road and crashed into a tree.

Three other people, including two youths and the woman driving, were flown to hospitals in Sydney where they were received treatment for serious injuries.

After the crash police charged the grief stricken woman with a string of offences.

Appearing via video link from the Legal Aid offices in Dubbo, the woman was arraigned before the District Court at Dubbo on Friday.

As the details of four charges were read out the woman wept and uttered “guilty” each time she was asked to enter her plea.

She will be sentenced for two charges of dangerous driving causing the deaths of the 14-year-old boy and 25-year-old man, and two charges of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm to two passengers next year.
