Today's forecast is morning fog patches; sunny afternoon; s/sw winds.

At 2pm today, expect a dry day with a dew point of 5. The temperature will feel more like a cool 17.3 with a relative humidity of 35 per cent.

The highest expected temperature today is 21, which is 1 degree lower than yesterday's max.

Today's maximum is the highest the mercury will climb over the next seven days, according to the forecast.

The chance of rain today is 10 per cent.

Showers are more likely tomorrow with the Bureau of Meteorology forecasting a medium (60 per cent) chance of rain.

The UV index is predicted to be 3. There is a moderate risk of harm from sun exposure. Experts suggest covering up, using sunscreen outside and avoiding the sun around noon.

Winds will be south-southwest around 4 km/h in the morning shifting to southwest around 18 km/h in the afternoon.
