One person is trapped in a car after a mutli-vehicle collision in the state’s central west on Monday morning.
About 11.40am, emergency services were called to Golden Hwy, Cassilis, after reports of a three-vehicle crash.
Fire and Rescue NSW are extracting a trapped person while medical helicopters are rushing to the scene.
CASSILIS: There's been a 3-vehicle crash on the Golden Hwy at Thompsons Rd and it's affecting traffic in both directions. Exercise caution.

The Golden Hwy, at Thompson Rd, is closed in both directions with no diversions available at this stage.
