After security guards removed Schink from the pub, he took his shirt off and waited out the front so he could start a fight with the man.

The man’s mouth filled up with blood, however a dispute between the pair continued on the street.

In court documents, police said the two men knew each other through the Dubbo car scene.

The man Schink punched took Nurofen to manage the pain in his has jaw, however when he showed up for work two days later his boss sent him home.

Tests revealed the man’s jaw was broken and he had surgery to repair it at Westmead Hospital in Sydney two days later.

Police said the man’s jaw was broken in three places, with five plates and 20 screws needed to put it back together.

He also suffered permanent nerve damage because of Schink’s attack.
