You’re in luck if you love Miss Phryne Fisher, TV’s elegant lady detective.
The character played by Logie-nominated actor Essie Davis fights crime with the most impeccable style and this year her signature panache returns to Sydney in an all-new Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries costume exhibition at Old Government House in Parramatta.
Fans can see the gorgeous fabrics up close and gain some behind-the-scenes insights from the costume department. This beautifully curated exhibition features almost 50 stunning costumes from the third series of the ABC series based on the books by Kerry Greenwood.
The series’ costume designer Marion Boyce won the 2015 AACTA Award for Best Costume Design for the film The Dressmaker.
