What started off as an Elvis impersonation for his aunty led to Jeff Fallon launching a 30-year impersonation singing career.
“My aunt was a big Elvis fan and I sung every song the way I heard it,” Fallon said.
Fallon soon discovered he was able to mimic other singing styles and has used his talent to bring the big names to venues across Australia.
In his upcoming show at Wenty Leagues he will be performing songs from Tom Jones and John Farnham in one night.
“It’s really about bringing the big voices,” Fallon said. “That’s the main thrust of the show.
“They (the audience) get two big voices, which are very different, but from the same guy.”
Fallon describes his show as a lot of fun, with a bit of hip-wiggling thrown in for the full, Sex Bomb, experience.
A six-piece band and backup dancers complete the set.
After performing more than 5000 shows, Fallon has honed his style into something of an art form and with such a range of voices you never know who may turn up.
“We do some Olivia Newton-John,” he said.
“Tom Jones worked with her in a series called, The Main Event.”
Mr Fallon is performing at Wenty Leagues on Saturday, June 28.
